Academic Journal Management and Education is an annual academic publication of the "Prof. Dr. Assen Zlatarov" University-Burgas, Bulgaria. The Academic Journalseeks to address, in a theoretically-informed manner, the complex economic, educational, historical, political, philosophic and cultural issues on local, national and international level that confront the scientific community, in the light of such important developments as the processes of European integration and globalization.
The journal encourages modern research, comparative approaches, critical scholarship and a diversity of international relations and geo-political views on the Balkan region and Europe, as it seeks to construct an academic forum to bring together disparate scholarly perspectives. Academic Journal Management and Education is a peer-reviewed annual publication.

Double-blind peer review
All research articles in this journal have undergone double-blind peer review, based on initial editor screening and refereeing by two anonymous referees.The articles will be evaluated using the following criteria.
